To guarantee the very best standard of service, pharm-analyt has built up a high-calibre staff of specialists for the various work-steps involved. Most of our analysts, for instance, are university graduates in their respective fields. All analytical, QA, and managerial staff take part in our “on the job” training program to familiarise themselves with the latest developments in their fields of work, heighten their ability to appraise trends on our current and future techniques and approaches, and to improve their team-player qualities. In other words: our people are constantly striving to find even better ways of tackling your challenges, analysing your samples, reporting on the results and the workflow, and storing the documentation and materials.

To enforce our internal procedures and give them structured traceability, we have established – and are continuously improving – handling, documentation and storing systems for both materials and documents. In the background, we have established a well-tailored internal facility management system. These are the basis for our certification as a regulated GLP environment.
